Rental prices are quoted in Australian dollars only, depending on the booking period and season as outlined below:

Low Season June to Aug: $330/night, 5-night min. stay

Mid Season Sep to June: $380/night, 5-night min. stay

Christmas/ NY / Easter weeks: $750/night, 5-night min. stay

Discount for longer stays: 7 nights or more - 5%;  and for 14 nights or more - 10%.

Prices are for 2 persons only - extra guest charges apply.

Cleaning & Linen Charge: $150
