Over 90m2, it features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed overlooking a private courtyard, plus an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a separate Bidet WC.


Direct access to the beach is down a tree-lined pathway through the public reserve opposite the studio. Byron Bay is just a 5-minute drive away or a 25-minute walk along the Cape Byron Headland track via the Pass, Byron's renowned surfing spot.
