Rental Price

 Rental prices are quoted in Australian dollars only. Prices are for the property per night or per week depending on the booking period and season as outlined below:

 

• Low Season May to Aug :-  $300/night - 5 night min. stay

• Mid Season Sep to June :-   $340/night - 5 night min. stay

• Christmas/NY weeks  :-       $500/night – 7 night min. stay

• Easter/Blues and Splendour Festivals:- $400/night – 5 night min. stay

• Discount for stays over 10 days.

• Cleaning & linen charge $100
