Booking

To reserve the apartment, we need a written request indicating dates of arrival and departure plus the intended number of guests. The initial booking option is intended to conditionally reserve the property for up to five (5) business days; allowing you time to convey the required funds to our bank account. No bookings can be confirmed without prior receipt by us of the signed Reservation Form, the agreed deposit or the entire rental amount in the case of a booking made less than 30 days before arrival.

Rental Price

Rental prices are quoted in Australian dollars only. Prices are for the property per night or per week depending on the booking period and season as outlined below:

• Low Season (May to Aug – Splendour week excluded): $1450/week & $245 /night
• Shoulder Season (Sep to May except for Xmas/NY holidays & Easter): $1680/wk, $260/night
• Peak Season: Christmas week and January holiday period: $2240/wk – weekly period only
• Peak Plus Season: Blues and Splendour Festivals, New Year and Easter: $2450/wk weekly period only
• Minimum stay 3 nights.
• Discount for stays over 2 weeks.

Deposit and payment

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental to be paid to us within 5 working days of the initial booking plus a signed Reservation Form. The balance is due in full 30 days before your arrival. Please check the details of the booking confirmation to make sure they are correct.

Cancellation

Unfortunately, last minute cancellations mean lost revenues. Any cancellation must be in writing. The deposit is fully refundable three months before the date of confirmation of your booking, and half is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date at the apartment. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is made. Every effort will be made to rebook the apartment and if a new booking is found for the same rental period, a refund of the booking deposit will be made. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation costs as part of your overall travel insurance.

Payment details

Any payments including deposit monies and the balance of the rental will be paid by direct debit into our nominated bank account, details provided on initial reservation. On clearance of the deposited funds, the booking will be promptly confirmed in writing to the Client by email or fax message. Credit card payments can be arranged using PayPal but please note, credit card charges apply – at cost.

Apartment keys, change over etc

Please advise any late minute changes. Before arrival we will advise on access arrangements including code for key lock. A second set of keys is available inside the apartment.
